We were thrilled to make it to Toronto to help celebrate the upcoming birth of Liana and Darcy's first baby girl, due mid-September. It was great to see Liana's beautiful home and visit with so many of Mom's girlfriends from high school.

Stoney Lake


While this cottage is a little further from home (a lot further time wise with me in the car!), Stoney Lake is well worth the drive. Here we are with Nanny oldest friend Pat and our Stoney Lake -neighbours-from-three-cottages-down.

Another fabulous (but short!) visit this week was from Diane and Tom all the way from Texas!

They are expecting a little boy in late August - all that I know about him so far is that his name will not be Jason! Can't wait to meet him....

Uncle Geoff

It was wonderful to visit with Dad's Uncle Geoff from Winnipeg. Here Dad and Geoff had just come back from a round a golf and a few of beer. Why is it that I'm the one who looks tipsy?

Yoga master Jen (a dear friend of Mom and Dad's from High School Days!) was in town this week. This will probably be the only visit where I am more flexible than her!
